Another option for those who cannot make it out to Trilliumwood on site is through our Telemedicine Solution! I use a telehealth phone app called Doximity where I'd call you to connect via a video call. Doximity is secure, facilitating encrypted, HIPAA compliant communications with patients. Very simple to use, a text will be sent you and you just need to click on the text and the telehealth session will begin.
Another option for those of us in rural locations where internet reception is not the best or if other barriers exist is through utilizing the telephone and talking with me. I find this option works for clients who at the last minute can not find a ride, sickness, or if gas is low or a vehicle is not reliable, public health concerns, or weather prevents safe driving due to our intense winters in the Upper Peninsula.
